Sarah Jones

As an Employee Benefits Specialist, Sarah oversees the department’s account service processes and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent service and sales deliverables. She also serves as an advisor for all health and wellness initiatives for clients.

Sarah joined CAC Agency in 2015 as a Client Executive where she gained knowledge in managing account onboarding, administrative support, & facilitating client and carrier relationships. Today, her scope of work includes projecting, presenting and ultimately implementing employee benefit plans to meet each client’s specific needs. Through benchmarking and other various actuarial analyses, Sarah helps clients with larger tasks and special projects, such as forecasted funding, budgeting reserves, etc.

Sarah graduated from the University of Alabama in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Outside of work, Sarah serves as the Vice President for the Hand in Paw Junior Board and as the Marketing & Fundraising Chair for the YMCA of Central Birmingham Junior Board.
