Greg Harper

Greg Harper joined CAC Agency in August of 2023 as a Senior Data Analyst for the Employee Benefits practice group. With a considerable background in health and benefits, Greg brings a wealth of experience to Cobbs Allen.

Before joining, Greg held the position of Associate Director of Analytics and Finance at Willis Towers Watson. In this capacity, he was responsible for various critical tasks including financial reporting, renewal projections, contribution modeling, IBNR calculations, and PCORI calculations. Prior to this, Greg retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama after serving in numerous roles over nearly 29 years. His responsibilities included managing the Marketing Analytics team, cost and utilization reporting, performing extensive cost and utilization analyses, designing, building and implementing marketing database models, and developing and executing comprehensive analytics used for creating and implementing marketing strategies.

Greg earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from the University of North Alabama.
