Buffi Grogan

Buffi is a Senior Client Executive for the Benefits Practice at CAC Agency. Prior to joining, she worked at Willis for over 10 years in client services.

As a senior client executive, Buffi works with designing, marketing, and implementing employee benefit plans based on a client’s specific needs. This role includes identifying potential challenges and developing strategic solutions associated with open enrollment, plan renewals, and new updates. Buffi also helps clients evaluate their employee benefits plans by analyzing benchmarking and funding and regularly assists with day-to-day needs.

Buffi received her degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
