Peter Martin joined CAC Agency in July of 2022 as Senior Consultant in the Employee Benefits practice group. With over 30 years of experience, Peter’s knowledge of today’s complex marketplace is a valuable asset to his clients and the CAC Agency team as a whole. He specializes in medical plan design consulting and cost management consulting for fully insured and self-insured individuals. With his new role, Peter will be instrumental in creating an office and expanding the Employee Benefits Practice in Mobile, Alabama.

Peter joined CAC Agency as an experienced employee benefits and health care leader. Peter specializes in medical insurance for fully insured and self-insured clients ranging in size from 100 employees and larger. His expertise in self-insurance and medical stop loss reinsurance are in high demand in today’s marketplace. In addition, he and the Cobbs Allen team will offer expertise in other areas of employee benefits like medical cost containment strategies, medical and dental plan design, voluntary benefits along with group dental, life, long-term disability, short-term disability insurance, and HR consulting.

Peter is a graduate of Spring Hill College where he earned his B.S. in Business. He also holds his Certified Health Consultant designation from Purdue University through the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. An active member of his community, Peter has served on the Mobile Chamber Board of Advisors and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Alabama Kidney Foundation. In addition, he also is a member of the JH Outback Men’s Ministry of Mobile and MOSJ, Men of St. Joseph.
