Mandy LaMay

Mandy is the Director of Operations at CAC Specialty, directly aiding the Chief Executive and Chief Revenue Officers in the day-to-day success of the business and operational functions ensuring that CAC runs smoothly.

Mandy is widely known amongst her team for her unparalleled expertise in SalesForce and CRM capabilities. She is a creative, strategic “big thinker,” balancing ingenuity with business acumen to drive revenue and deliver results. Serving as a trusted and valued business partner and having exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, Mandy works across functions and teams while proactively anticipating and resolving intricate issues.

Prior to joining CAC, Mandy worked at JLT Specialty as an Executive Assistant directly supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Business Development. She served as the primary contact for external offices and assisted on special marketing projects and events. With her experience as an Executive Assistant and track record of strong performance in high-volume and high-pressure environments, Mandy skillfully managed administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues.

Mandy graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organismal Biology and Public Outreach from Illinois State University.
