Bronwen Shoard

Bronwen is a Senior Vice President for the Property & Casualty Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at CAC Specialty. Bringing with her 17 years of experience in the commercial property insurance industry, particularly in the areas of construction, manufacturing, and retail. She is fully dedicated to optimizing the customer service experience for both internal and external clients. She has contributed to the management of risk from both the insurance broker perspective and the risk management perspective.

Prior to joining CAC, she served as a Vice President at Marsh. Her expertise includes managing various lines of coverage such as global shared and layered property programs, global master programs, fronted programs, contractor’s block, contractor’s equipment, master builder’s risk, standalone quake, standalone flood, and standalone terrorism (both international and domestic). She has worked with key markets, including FM Global, AIG, and Lloyd’s of London, and has experience with markets in Bermuda, London, and Zurich. Additionally, she has collaborated with wholesale brokers like AmWins and has knowledge of alternative risk solutions such as Fast Track.

Bronwen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She is a licensed producer with authorities of property and casualty insurance in the states of New Jersey, New York, California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts and Wisconsin.
