Emily Willard

Emily joined CAC Specialty in June 2024 as a Producer in Private Equity. Emily joins CAC from GLG, The Gerson Lehrman Group, an expert network and research and diligence consultancy. Emily spent three years with GLG, most recently on the new business and business development team helping to build the Private Equity practice. On the new business team, Emily’s focus was lower-middle market PE firms with a on healthcare Private Equity. Emily was previously a Team Leader and Research Manager with GLG where she worked for healthcare Private Equity firms.

Emily completed a Master of Biomedical Science with Rutgers University with a focus on neuroscience. She was also premed at Columbia University where she was the President of the Surgical Society and twice received the Student Leadership Service Award for dedication to helping new students acclimate to the premed curriculum.

When she’s not working, Emily loves to travel and ski with her family. She lives in Boston, MA with her son, Brooks and husband, Andy.
