CAC Group Adds Marketing Industry Veteran Cara McCall

DENVER, Oct. 30, 2023 —CAC Group, a leading insurance brokerage comprised of CAC Specialty and Cobbs Allen, continues to grow its talent across the business and is pleased to announce the appointment of Cara McCall as Senior Vice President, Brand and Content strategy.

McCall will work closely with CAC Group’s marketing and creative team to outline the brand strategy, value proposition, messaging and visual brand identity. Additionally, she will be instrumental in defining content management strategy in collaboration with practice group leadership.

McCall brings a wealth of marketing and industry experience, having most recently served as Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility at CNA. In this position, she led a successful restructuring and played a pivotal role in a rebranding effort, launching new global positioning and creative to unite the firm. McCall’s expertise drove marketing campaigns that surpassed industry benchmarks and results.

Before her tenure at CNA, McCall held senior positions at Aon, where she demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention across the U.S. Commercial Risk & Health portfolio. Her accomplishments included successful collaboration with sales and national account executive leadership teams, as well as overseeing the planning and execution of major corporate events.
