Harrison Krupnick

Harrison Krupnick is a Vice President in the Tax Insurance Practice at CAC where he specializes in tax insurance solutions for renewable energy transactions. Harrison works with developers, sponsors, investors, tax credit purchasers, lenders, and their advisors to address complex tax risks and facilitate the financing and execution of renewable energy projects.

Prior to joining CAC, Harrison was a Vice President in the Tax Insurance Practice at Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., where he helped build the firm’s renewable energy tax insurance practice. During his time at Alliant, Harrison advised clients on the placement of tax insurance across a broad range of transactions and tax risks, including helping to place one of the market’s first unconditional domestic content tax insurance policies.

Before entering the tax insurance industry, Harrison was a tax attorney at KPMG, where he advised alternative investment funds on the international tax aspects of their investments and transactions.

Harrison received his J.D. from Villanova University in 2018 and his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova in 2019.
