Lindsey Green

Lindsey is a Senior Vice President in CAC’s Energy Claims Advocacy group within the firm’s Natural Resources Practice. She advises clients on complex, high-severity insurance claims across the energy sector, including large-scale property damage, business interruption, control of well events, offshore construction losses, marine casualties, pollution liabilities, and catastrophe-related claims.

Her experience spans a diverse range of onshore and offshore energy assets, including offshore production facilities, pipelines, export terminals, renewable energy projects, battery energy storage systems, and mining operations. She is recognized for integrating policy analysis, technical expertise, and negotiation strategy to maximize claim recoveries and deliver commercially favorable outcomes.

She partners with insureds, insurers, adjusters, forensic accountants, and technical experts to develop persuasive claim strategies, resolve complex coverage issues, and achieve commercially favorable outcomes. Her approach combines deep knowledge of energy operations with a sophisticated understanding of policy interpretation, coverage triggers, deductibles, sublimits, and layered insurance programs.

Lindsey began her career in 2004 as an independent loss adjuster with Charles Taylor Adjusting, specializing in upstream energy claims. In 2011, she joined AIG’s Energy and Engineered Risk division as a Major Loss Adjuster, managing significant energy-sector losses. Prior to joining CAC, she served as Senior Vice President and Claims Account Executive at McGriff, where she led the Houston Energy Claims Practice.

Lindsey holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Houston Baptist University.
