Prior to joining CAC, she led business development efforts for the business escrow services team at Western Alliance Bank, covering both the New York City metropolitan area and the Southeast. Leveraging her extensive M&A and transactional background, Allison built and maintained relationships with private equity funds, strategic acquirers, and members of the broader legal and M&A communities, helping to elevate brand awareness and deliver customized, white-glove solutions to clients. This experience ultimately led Allison to her current role at CAC, where she continues to highlight the firm’s complex work and world-class outcomes in support of the M&A ecosystem and beyond.Before transitioning into business development, Allison spent six years as a corporate attorney in the New York City office of Hogan Lovells, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, and general corporate matters across a wide range of industries. She later served as Associate General Counsel at MAXEX, LLC, the first digital mortgage exchange. Earlier in her career, Allison spent several years at Lehman Brothers before, during, and after the firm’s bankruptcy.Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Rollins College. She resides in Darien, Connecticut with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Nora and Nico.
