Tina Lindsay

Tina Lindsay is an Account Executive for the Employee Benefits Practice at CAC Agency. She is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, management, leadership, human resources and benefits.

Over the course of her career, Tina has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and a commitment to driving success in the brokerage and benefits industry.

Previously, Tina served as the Health and Benefits North America Excellence Leader at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), where she oversaw risk management, plan governance, and harmonization efforts for 1,800 colleagues across the U.S. and Canada. She led initiatives such as contract advisory, legal coordination, and business recovery planning, while also coaching and training colleagues in excellence processes and client repository systems.

Tina held additional leadership positions at WTW, including Southeast Region Operations Leader and Birmingham Operations Leader. In these roles, she oversaw large teams, drove operational priorities, and provided strategic support to clients with 10,000+ lives. Her expertise spans talent management, financial oversight, and process improvement. Tina also worked at Capital Strategies Group, where she managed a $2.5M book of business and served as a Health Care Reform Subject Matter Expert.  She also held roles at PsychPartners and Masada Security, where she gained experience in payroll, and benefits administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University and is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP professional.
