Tim Landen is a Senior Account Manager for CAC Specialty’s Natural Resources team, specializing in the Mining and Metals sector. With more than a decade of experience in IT operations and project leadership, Tim brings a unique perspective to the insurance industry, leveraging technical expertise to streamline client services, ensure business continuity, and support complex risk portfolios.

Before joining CAC Specialty, Tim served as a Tech Lead in Infrastructure Operations at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he managed optimization initiatives and technical strategy for Fortune 500 clients including CVS, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. His leadership in automation, change management, and system migrations improved operational continuity and regulatory compliance, driving better outcomes and efficiency.
