Miranda Pesa

Miranda Pesa is a Senior Vice President, Broker, for the Property & Casualty Practice at CAC Specialty. She is a seasoned insurance professional with over three decades of experience in the industry.

Previously, Miranda served as Senior Vice President, Casualty Broker/Client Executive at Brown & Brown, where she managed a diverse portfolio of clients and oversaw domestic casualty placements for both primary and excess liability.

Prior to that, Miranda held leadership positions at Crystal & Company, Marsh Inc., and Johnson & Higgins. Her extensive expertise spans managing domestic casualty placements, analyzing insurance programs, facilitating renewal strategies, and coordinating client presentations. She has worked with high-profile clients across industries such as professional services, retail, life science and communications/media, including McKinsey, Tommy Hilfiger USA, PRADA, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal and The Nielsen Company.

Miranda earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Marketing from Baruch College in New York. She is also a licensed Insurance Broker in the state of New York.
