Blake Varnadore

Blake Varnadore is a Senior Vice President, Producer, for the Property & Casualty Practice at CAC Agency. He is a seasoned Insurance and Risk Management professional with a proven track record of leadership, strategic innovation, and team development.

Prior to joining, Blake served as Executive Vice President, Business Insurance (P&C) at Marsh McLennan Agency, where he oversaw Property & Casualty operations for the Bouchard and MMA Florida Regions, managing a combined revenue of approximately $100 million and 250 employees. He was a key member of the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, driving strategy, sales, and operations while spearheading initiatives to enhance retention, streamline operations, and optimizing organizational alignment.

Blake’s career spans over a decade in the insurance industry, with notable achievements in sales growth, team mentorship, and operational excellence. At USI Insurance Services, he led the Tampa office to become the second-largest P&C office in the country, achieving record-breaking sales and retention metrics. He also successfully established a new office in Orlando, FL, and mentored leaders across multiple markets.

Blake holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida, with concentrations in Advanced Management and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He is actively involved in community service, previously serving as a board member for the Children’s Cancer Center and supporting the Children’s Dream Fund as a sponsor and volunteer.
