Samuel Jobko

Samuel Jobko is an Assistant Account Manager for the Natural Resources Practice at CAC Specialty. With a strong passion for the insurance industry, Samuel has gained hands-on experience through internships at Howden Specialty in London and McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc.

During his time at Howden Specialty, Samuel worked across multiple teams, including Midstream, Power and Renewables, Upstream, and Casualty, where he conducted market research, performed CATRisk analysis, investigated risks, and facilitated cross-team collaboration. He developed expertise in sales, negotiations, underwriting, risk management, and gained a deep understanding of the differences between U.S. and London insurance practices.

At McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Samuel honed his skills in data analysis, risk assessment, and policy review while contributing to the Energy team’s presentations and reports. He also shadowed professionals across various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Samuel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Houston. He also holds certifications in managing commercial property and liability risks and is actively pursuing additional CPCU certifications to further his expertise in risk management and insurance operations.
