CAC Specialty Expands Private Equity Practice with the Addition of Ian Goldwasser

Goldwasser Brings Deep Expertise to Private Equity Team

DENVER (June 9, 2025) – CAC Specialty, a leading insurance brokerage and advisory within CAC Group, announced that Ian Goldwasser has joined the company as a Senior Account Executive in the Private Equity Practice.

Goldwasser will advise private equity firms and their portfolio companies on insurance strategies across the investment lifecycle. He will coordinate the placement and integration of insurance programs during acquisitions and oversee day-to-day account management for complex, multi-entity programs post-close.

Goldwasser has more than 15 years of experience at global insurance brokers working closely with private equity clients across a range of industries.

Goldwasser holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and an MBA earned at LaSalle University.
