Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, she began her career in New York City over a decade ago, focusing on scaling global recruiting efforts for renowned companies like Morgan Stanley and Snapchat. Throughout her career, she has specialized in managing complex projects and collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth. Ragland has developed a strong professional background, blending expertise in recruiting, human resources, and strategic partnerships. With an acceptance rate of over 95%, Ragland was able to hire over 2,000 entry-level employees, significantly enhancing talent pipelines for each company respectively.

Ragland holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama, where she was recognized on the President’s List and Dean’s List.
