Jamie Pincus

Jamie recently joined CAC Group as the Construction Leader for CAC Specialty in January 2025. She works to understand the complexities of risk on behalf of clients/prospects and peers who enjoy bringing solutions that will meet the needs of our clients/prospects.

Prior to joining CAC Group, Jamie held various leadership roles in construction project risk, complex casualty risk management, and property and casualty risks as an Insurance Broker leading the risk management functions for organizations in various industries with 50 to over 300 employees and at least $50 million in revenue. She is recognized for identifying changes in risk that justify costs and enhance the quality of clients’ insurance programs. She has a demonstrated track record for being very client focused to connect client needs with insurance carrier appetite and risk management to achieve objectives for all parties involved. Jamie enjoys helping others and still learning as our Industry is forever changing and keeping up is part of what brings out the best solutions for those we serve.

Jamie graduated from Trinity College (now Trinity University), Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Economics & Finance.

She loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. As a Virginia resident, she enjoys what the Metropolitan Washington Area has to offer. You’ll also find her out in the Bay Area when she’s not in Virginia as she loves to walk, the outdoors, has tried surfing, and wants to drive a race car (of course she’ll be careful).
