Jim Williford

Jim Williford joined CAC Agency September 2023 as the Senior Vice President and Construction Team Leader. With over thirty years of experience, Jim brings expertise in construction risk services.

Before joining, Jim held prominent positions, serving as the Property & Casualty Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services—Alabama, he fulfilled the role of Director for Construction Risk Services at EPIC Insurance Brokers, and he was the President of HRA Risk Services, a boutique insurance agency that was focused primarily on serving as the outsourced risk management team for an ENR Top 30 General Contractor.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and business management from The University of Alabama. His expertise earned him recognition as a speaker at the National Roofing Contractor Association’s annual conference and the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas. Additionally, he is an Army combat veteran.
