Erik Williams

Erik Williams joined CAC Agency in June of 2023 as an Account Manager for the Property & Casualty Practice. Erik has several years of experience in customer service and business intelligence reporting.

Prior to joining, Erik served as a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager for Newfront Insurance where he provided services to middle market clients and prepared documents requested by clients. Before that, he was the Commercial and Personal Lines Account Manager for William Hardin State Farm.

Erik earned his Master of Science degree in Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University. He holds several certifications such as Property and Casualty Insurance License, Health and Life Insurance License, Business Analyst, and Project Management.

Erik and his wife, Megan, have a daughter named Hadley that will be 3 years old in September, two dachshunds (Hank and Colt) and a golden doodle (Oakley).
