Christina Hernandez

Christina Hernandez serves as a Senior Account Executive for National Accounts within the Real Estate Practice at CAC Specialty. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Christina is known for her strategic approach to insurance solutions tailored for owners, developers, non-profit organizations, and management companies.

Before joining CAC, she served as the Director of Commercial Real Estate Insurance Services. Prior to that, Christina led the largest commercial real estate team in the Northeast at USI Insurance Services, where she managed Tier 1 accounts comprising some of the nation’s top affordable housing developers and management firms. Her deep industry relationships and hands-on experience positioned her to drive the division’s growth and development.

Christina attributes her expertise to years of mentorship and collaboration with industry leaders. She holds a degree in Legal Studies from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She is a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, educated at the Hartford School of Insurance, and currently enrolled in the International Risk Management Institute, studying Construction Risk Management. Christina is licensed in Property and Casualty across NY, NJ, FL, TX, CA, and CO.

Passionate about giving back, Christina offers her expertise as a free resource to local minority business owners seeking guidance on insurance matters. She is an active member of the Fort Lauderdale chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women Network, supporting the advancement of women in the industry. Additionally, she contributes to fundraising efforts for the Valley Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Ridgewood, NJ.
